Led three end-user forums and engaged 100+ internal and external stakeholders (including the Chief Medical Officer, the VP of Data Innovation Lab, and the Director of New Initiatives) to drive the adoption of MedStar Institute for Innovation’s telehealth products, with a focus on virtual on-demand visits, scheduled visits, provider-to-provider consultations, and interpreting services.

Facilitated 300+ vendor meetings, ensuring seamless coordination (SmartSheet, Monday.com, Trello, and Jira) of 30+ new product and 60+ enhancement deployments, optimizing platform performance, improving user experience, elevating user satisfaction, and measuring success using business intelligence tools (Looker and Tableau).​

Created nine product strategy roadmaps (Miro) to guide the internal team in aligning on product direction and objectives.

Established quarterly network meetings with the telehealth team at Johns Hopkins Medicine, another prominent healthcare organization in the DMV community, facilitating valuable exchanges of insights, best practices, and challenges between both teams to enhance patient care and promote mutual learning and growth.
