Key platform vendors Duk engaged with for multiple use cases include: Amwell, Bluestream, Safar, eVisit Core, Aceso, Doximity, Avasure, and Epic

• Influenced adoption and strategic alignment by hosting six end-user forums, including senior clinical and innovation leaders, to shape product direction and rollout effectiveness.

Facilitated 500+ vendor meetings, ensuring seamless coordination (using Miro, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Trello, and Jira) of 30+ new product and 100+ enhancement deployments, optimizing platform performance, improving user experience, elevating user satisfaction, and measuring success using business intelligence tools (Looker and Tableau).

Created ten product strategy roadmaps (Miro) to guide the internal team in aligning on product direction and objectives.

Served as the de facto senior product manager for MedStar Telehealth Innovation Center, mentoring four new product managers and sharing lessons learned to accelerate their ramp-up and effectiveness.

• Established quarterly network meetings with the telehealth team at Johns Hopkins Medicine, another prominent healthcare organization in the DMV community, facilitating valuable exchanges of insights, best practices, and challenges between both teams to enhance patient care and promote mutual learning and growth.
